Here are some pictures from my latest trip to Savers, my favorite local thrift store. The doll section was well stocked today, but I didn't see any must have items. Disney princess dolls seem to be the most popular, along with BFC and Our Generation. I also saw two 18 inch Fancy Nancy dolls at separate thrift stores this week. This is a good time to shop for second-hand dolls while people are clearing out to make room for new toys. These little sleighs are usually easy to find, and they're great for mini dolls. I also saw a red wicker one that was filled with fake flowers, and I bought a wooden holiday sleigh for my minis last year. Here's another sleigh, along with a mini bench and a larger doll-sized wooden rocking chair. These Christmas pillowcases would make great doll clothes, furniture, or decorations. Also look for cheap sheets, table cloths, and curtains. These are great spears of fabric, and you can often use existing seams. What are some of your favorite holiday thrift finds?
